FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: some parameters are measured reliably and accurately for inspection, control and/or continuous monitoring of turbines functioning. It is proposed to determine working parameters of a turbine corresponding to its entire working range when functioning with generation of useful output capacity, by measurement of its working parameters in the mode without generation of useful output power.
EFFECT: simplified continuous monitoring of turbine condition, which results in quantitative evaluation of this state.
