SUBSTANCE: system has atmospheric pressure oscillation receivers 1.i (i=1, 2,…, n) (microbarographs), a comparator circuit 2, a signalling system 3, a memory unit 4, correlators 5 and 6, a control station 7 and differentiators 8.1 and 8.2. Each correlator 5 (6) has a multiplier 5.1 (6.1), a low pass filter 5.2 (6.2), an amplifier 5.3 (6.3) and a variable delay line5.4 (6.4). The signalling system has analogue-to-code converters 3.1 and 3.2, switches 3.3 and 3.4, a modulating code generator 3.5, a driving generator 3.6, a phase-shift keying device 3.7, a power amplifier 3.8 and a transmitting antenna 3.9. The control point has a receiving antenna 7.1, a high frequency amplifier 7.2, heterodynes 7.3 and 7.11, mixers 7.4 and 7.12, intermediate frequency amplifiers 7.5 and 7.13, multipliers 7.6, 7.7 and 7.15, a narrow-band filter 7.8, low-pass filters 7.9 and 7.16, a recording and analysis unit 7.10, a threshold unit 7.17 and a switch 7.18.

EFFECT: high selectivity and noise-immunity of the receiver, as well as accuracy of measuring angular coordinates α1 and α2 of a tsunami epicentre.
