FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: system of data transfer with nanoresistors comprises a transmitter, a receiver and a wire communication line, the receiver is made in the form of a matrix from series-parallel connected nanoresistors connected at the outlet of the communication line and matched in resistance with a wave resistance of the communication line, the receiver comprises an infrared temperature metre, to a receiving optical element of which the infrared radiation of the active area in the matrix of nanoresistors is projected, at the same time the output of the infrared temperature metre is the output of the data transfer system.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of a device, improved linearity and accuracy of characteristics of amplitude modulators and amplitude detectors, increased sensitivity of a receiving part of a device.
