SUBSTANCE: ripper-slit-cutter comprises a frame, ripping hoes, slit-cutters, support wheels with adjusting mechanisms, a wire rope, toothed harrows and sweep subsoil cultivator. Central-axle two-level slit-cutter is connected to the front row of ripping hoes, rigidly connected to the toe of the sweep cultivator subsoiler, and sliding in the closed triangle of the wire ropes. The lateral two-level slit-cutters are rigidly connected with the ends of the wings of the sweep cultivator subsoiler and sliding in the closed triangle of the wire ropes. The wire rope by rollers placed in the ears is mounted at the rear part of the blades of central axis and lateral two-level slit-cutter. The wire rope is made movable and has toothed harrows on the lateral branches located in a vertical plane.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to intensify the process of loosening the soil due to the difference of the soil resistance, to prevent compaction of plow sole due to layer-by-layer cutting of slits and create favorable conditions for conservation of moisture and air permeability for the life of plants.
