SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine. In order to estimate inducing action of herpes-viral infection on the activity of dehydroepiandrosteronsulfate and estradiol formation, titre of antibodies of herpes virus is determined. In case if in the third trimester of gestation herpes viral infection with antibody titre 1:12800 becomes aggravated, content of dehydroepiandrosteronsulfate is suppressed to 6.96+0.8 nmol/l, estradiol - to 1493.0±29.0 pmol/l, which creates risk of fetoplacental insufficiency formation in pregnant women.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict risk of fetoplacental insufficiency formation in pregnant women on the basis of estimation of herpes virus infection impact on formation of dehydroepiandrosteronsulfate and estradiol.
