SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine and describes a pharmaceutical composition for the delayed release of an active substance, consisting of: a core containing at least one active substance and at least one disintegrating substance; a sealing coating surrounding the core substantially consisting of at least one polymer; an external coating surrounding the sealing coating and substantially consisting of at least one hydrophilic polymer; with: at least one disintegrating substance found in the amount of 0.5-20 wt %, and at least one active substance found in the amount of 1-80 wt % in relation to the core; the sealing coating making 0.1-10 wt % in relation to the core; the external coating making 5-500 wt % in relation to the core, and wherein water solubility of the polymers found in the sealing coating and in the external covering is pH-independent.

EFFECT: given invention provides the agent release so that the agent is accessible for absorption in the release region exactly after the preset period of time.
