FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and consists in a chronotherapeutic pharmaceutical composition, which contains an active ingredient, covered with a pH-independent agent, and a hydrophilic agent, which forms a matrix around the covered active ingredient. The active ingredient is selected from NSAID naproxen, lornoxicam, diclofenac or ibufrofen. The PH-independent agent is selected from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, methylcellulose, xanthan gum, dispersion of hydroxyethyl cellulose and a copolymer of ethylacrylate and methylacrylate. The hydrophilic agent is selected from polyethyleneoxide and alginates. The invention also relates to the method of obtaining a dosed form and the method of arthritis treatment.
EFFECT: achieved is from 4 to 6 hours delay of the active ingredient release, after which follows the controlled release of the active ingredient for 24 hours.
