SUBSTANCE: invention claims a pharmaceutical medicinal form with prolonged release of inhibitor of [H+, K+] -ATPase with an enterosoluble envelope providing prolonged-release pattern of concentration of inhibitor of [H+, K+]-ATPase in plasma blood. Prolonged pattern in plasma blood is prepared using pharmaceutical composition that contains a core material based on hydrophilic or hydrophobic matrix and inhibitor of [H+, K+]-ATPase and, possibly, pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Medicinal form can be administrated in a single dose per 24 h. Invention provides the protection of active substance against decomposition occurring in stomach acid medium.
