SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science. A method involves introducing a biologically active substance in a cow's body after artificial insemination. The biologically active substance is presented by a conditioned embryonic medium prepared by embryo cultivation in the CR-1 medium. During the first three days, the embryos are cultured in the CR-1 medium with no foetal serum added, during the 3rd to 5th days - in the fresh CR-1 medium, and during the 5th tol 8th days - in the CR-1 medium with foetal serum. The conditioned medium 0.2-0.4 ml is introduced in acupuncture points at depth 1.5-2.5 cm but not later than 10th day (1st to 10th days) after artificial insemination.

EFFECT: method provides higher sterility after primary inseminations by 22,1 %, and birth of live calves - by 23,3 %.
