SUBSTANCE: device to manufacture insulation blocks comprises an extruder with a smoothly controlled electric drive and a matrix for shaping a profiled bar having a slot for a fixture of a "dovetail" type, and a ledge for the same purposes, a plate conveyor, where a string device is installed, arranged as capable of periodical engagement with the plate conveyor, cutting insulation blocks from the profiled bar, disengagement from it, and then again repeating this cycle; accumulating conveyors installed with a level difference; turn feed chutes arranged as capable of smooth reloading of insulation blocks from one accumulating conveyor to the next one, along with the travel direction, a device for grinding used vehicle tyres and other rubber products to the size of 3-2 mm.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce operational costs.
