SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture formwork blocks includes preparation of a dry mixture from 89-83 percent of portland cement and 17-11 percent of short-fibred asbestos, loading of the mixture into an extruder, mixture plasticisation, its punching through the extruder die to form a profiled bar at the outlet, having a slot for a fixture of a "dovetail" type and a ledge for boss-locks, feeding the profiled bar to a plate conveyor, adjustment of profiled bar motion speed, so that it equals the speed of the plate conveyor, periodical cutting of the profiled bar into formwork blocks, displacement of blocks by accumulating conveyors to their complete filling. Then the device is disconnected for final hardening of formwork blocks.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce operational costs.
