SUBSTANCE: in the method of conducting a personal communication session, one or more messages on the person of the called user are first generated in the device of the called user, stored in a database and then sent to the network. In an intermediate network device, having a physically allocated channel for communication with the device of the called user, messages and the feature of the physically allocated communication channel of the intermediate device, through which information was obtained, are received and stored. A message on the person of the called user is generated in the device of the calling user and then sent to the telecommunication network. In the intermediate device, having a physically allocated channel for communication with the calling user, the obtained message on the person of the called user is compared with a stored message and the comparison results are used to determine the feature of the physically allocated communication channel through which information was obtained, said information containing a message on the person of the called user and a call ready feature. Messages generated in the device of the calling user are sent to the telecommunication network over the physically allocated channel having a feature established during the pervious operation, and the connection is switched inside the intermediate device between the communication channel through which information was received from the device of the calling user, and the communication channel through which information containing the message on the person of the called user and a call ready feature was received. Messages generated in the device of the calling user are received in the device of the called user and a personal communication session with the calling user of the telecommunication network is established.

EFFECT: creating technical specifications for building non-address telecommunication networks and allowing a network user to organise their own address space while ensuring security unauthorised communication sessions.
