FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: one or more messages on the person of the called user are first generated in the device of the called user, stored and then sent to the network. Messages and the corresponding communication channel feature are received and stored in a regional intermediate telecommunication network device having a physically allocated channel for communication with the device of the called user. A message on the person and region of location of the called user is then generated in the device of the calling user and sent to the network. In a regional intermediate telecommunication network device, having a physically allocated channel for communication with the device of the calling user, the obtained message on the region of location of the called user is compared with stored messages. In case of a match, the messages are sent over a communication channel having a feature established as a result of the match. In the intermediate device which is regional for the called user, the message on the person of the called user, received from the calling user, is compared with previously received messages and the calling user messages are sent over a communication channel established as a result of the comparison. In each regional intermediate device, a message on the features of communication channels which participated in reception and transmission of information is included into a block of messages from the device of the calling user. Before the beginning of the communication session, a message on the features of communication channels is generated in the device of the called user and sent to the telecommunication network. Intermediate devices send the messages on the features of the communication channels from the called user and switch the connection between the receiving channel and the transmitting channel of the messages. The session begins in the device of the calling user after receiving the message from the device of the called user.
EFFECT: design of non-address telecommunication networks and allowing a user to organise their own address space which protects from unauthorised communication sessions.
