In certain aspects, partial recycling can involve HARQ alternations, parts of a time slot, a frequency spectrum and spectrum spreading codes. Noise can be controlled using the transmission power profile and/or attenuation profile. Noise can also be controlled using techniques associated with power control.

EFFECT: high efficiency of communication owing to reduced noise between nodes.
