SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a self-propelled chassis on which the technological equipment is mounted. The technological equipment includes a manipulator. At the free end of the manipulator a gripping-shearing device is mounted with clamp hooks, mounted in pairs on the unit housing in two planes. The machine is equipped with a device to separate the branches of trees. The device for separation of branches of trees includes a telescopic rack mounted on the housing of the gripping-shearing device with actuators-hydraulic cylinders of extension the telescopic rack sections. At the upper ends of the extension sections the arched separators of branches are fixed.

EFFECT: improved reliability of the machine work, its stability and performance.
