SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly physiotherapy. The method involves exposure to extremely high-frequency electromagnetic radiation and self-massage of head and neck regions. The exposure is applied in the frequency range within 30 GHz to 300 GHz, powder density no more than 10 mWt/cm², for 10 minutes. The exposure covers a point arranged along a mid-forearm line 3 cm higher than a proximal radiocarpal fold. It is followed by 10-minute self-massage of the head and neck regions. The self-massage of the head region involves spiral movements from back to front hair lines. The massage is completed with stroking. It is followed by the self-massage of the neck region. It involves stroking palm movements from a shoulder point to a scalp. A squeezing technique is applied from the shoulder joint. A circular rubbing technique is applied from the shoulder joint to an occipital line. The procedure is completed by the stroking self-massage. It is followed by resistance exercises. The procedures are daily, in the morning hours. The therapeutic course is 7 procedures.
