SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for facial massage. Diagnostics of the condition of the skin and muscles is carried out by examination and palpation with the identification of tension zones and trigger points. Massage is performed in three stages. At the first stage, the muscles of the decollete, neck and face are warmed up by stroking and rubbing along the massage lines and then acupressure is performed. At the second stage, the muscles of the face are massaged along the massage lines in the direction of muscle attachment by grabbing the muscle with further retraction from the bone and acting on the tendon helmet. At the third stage, the muscles of the neck and subclavian zone, trigger points and places of muscle tension are massaged, their acupressure and rubbing in circular motions are performed. Massage begins from the lower jaw and the second chin by kneading, rubbing, and vibration. Next, the muscles of the face are re-massaged from the lower jaw to the beginning of hair growth in accordance with the second stage. The massage ends with repeated exposure to the lower jaw and second chin in accordance with the third stage. The total massage time is 50–60 minutes.

EFFECT: method allows to massage the deep muscle layer, enhances the outflow of excess fluid from the body by performing all stages of massage.
