FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of ground coffee particles wherewith the coffee cartridge is filled includes original material crushing into ground coffee particles, the particles placement into an essentially rigid coffee cartridge and the ground coffee particles compacting by means of the lid. The original material crushing operation is performed by means of mill-stones so that the size of 10% of the ground coffee finest particles is equal to approximately 40 mcm, that of over 75% of the ground coffee particles varying within the 200-300 mcm range. The coffee cartridge has a rigid side wall and a base. The base has multiple holes and is covered with essentially hard filtering paper.
EFFECT: invention ensures stable result in terms of brewed coffee organoleptic properties and technological indicators.
