FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: movable frame (14) comprises at least one precast element (20) with a longitudinal slot (32) with two parts (40) with internal grooves on opposite sides of a longitudinal central opening (42). A transmission rack (30) with the possibility of sliding enters into engagement with the specified slot (32) and may be displaced into the longitudinal direction with the help of a control handle (26). At least one locking element (34) is fixed to the transmission rack (30), interacting with the appropriate fixator (36) attached to the specified fixed frame (12). The transmission rack (30) has two through openings (54, 56) open at the appropriate longitudinal edges of the rack (30). The locking element (34) comprises two separate parts (60, 62) attached to each other and corresponding to each other. Each of the separate parts (60, 62) enters into engagement with the appropriate through opening (54, 56) of the transmission rack (30) and has an appropriate cog (64, 72), which with the possibility of sliding enters into engagement in longitudinal direction with the appropriate part (40) with the inner groove of the slot (32).

EFFECT: increased efficiency of resistance to break-in attempts, and simplified installation of a security system.
