FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves display of a predictable required bearings line (PRBL) of a target, which is constructed in form of a function of prediction time τ, which varies from τ0=t to τk, assuming that in that interval the aircraft will fly with constant control U(τ)=const equal to control at the current time t, i.e., U(τ)=U/(t), τ∈[t, τk]. The displayed target and PRBL are superimposed by controlling the aircraft with subsequent locking of the target onto the PRBL. If the target and/or aiming mark strays from the display field thereof, an interactive aiming mode is used with display, in the display zone, of a pseudo target and a pseudo aiming mark with a pseudo PRBL originating therefrom.
EFFECT: broader capabilities for manoeuvring when delivering loads from curvilinear trajectories not limited by the field of vision of the head-up display.
