FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: application: invention relates to an electrophotographic device to generate an image, in particular, to a device to develop an electrostatic hidden image and a process cartridge. The proposed frame unit of the developing device for support of a control element to adjust thickness of the developer layer on an element that carries the developer comprises a frame of a developing device, having a part that forms a seal, two end sealing elements, every of which is provided at one longitudinal end of the developing device and is arranged as capable of contact with the surface of the element that carries the developer to prevent leakage of the developer in the axial direction of the element that carries the developer, when the element carrying the developer is installed, a knife sealing element to seal between a control element and a frame of the developing device to prevent leakage of the developer, when the control element is installed, besides, the knife sealing element represents an elastomer gum material, which is formed by a method of casting moulding with the help of a metal die and which is provided in the specified part that forms a seal, where there is one end sealing element and the other end sealing element, besides, the knife sealing element connects the specified one end sealing element and the other end sealing element with each other, and a ledge provided by an extruded part of the elastomer gum material, at the same time the extruded part is provided by injection of a certain volume of the elastomer gum material that is higher than the volume of the specified space into the space limited by the specified metal die formed by the part that forms the seal, with the specified one end seal element and the other end seal element.
EFFECT: invention provides for efficient determination of an energy dose at a substrate that contains a coating, and identification of critical areas of a coating, for which radiation is not sufficiently intensive to provide for sufficient harderning.
