SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. The system for remote control of transactions comprises at least one mobile communication network which includes a set of mobile user communication terminals, base stations and wireless communication channels connecting them, where each mobile terminal is provided with apparatus for obtaining biometric user data, a set of financial institutions equipped with apparatus for performing electronic transactions, and an electronic transaction administrator, having apparatus for generating user personal identification data, apparatus for converting user biometric data into a code matrix, and a user personal identification data storage. The system comprises a set of user plastic cards with integrated electronic circuits. Each mobile user communication terminal is fitted with a camera for obtaining photographic and/or video mages corresponding to biometric user data, an image point brightness level sensor, apparatus for reading information from the user plastic cards with integrated electronic circuits and writing information onto said cards, and satellite positioning apparatus.
