SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ensuring safety when conducting transactions in payment systems using bank cards. In the system, upon request from the card of the holder of an expenditure operation, performing additional authentication of the holder of the bank card by unlocking the screen of the communication means or the mobile bank of the holder; photographing and filming the face and recording biometric data of a potential attacker who is trying to carry out a contact or contactless debit transaction from the bank card of the holder; determining the location of the technical device through which the suspicious transaction was attempted; determining the geolocation of the communication means of the bank card holder at the moment of making an attempt to conduct a suspicious transaction from the bank card of the holder; information on the suspicious transaction is sent in the form of an authenticated message to the communication means of the authorized person of the bank card holder and authorized security and law enforcement units.
EFFECT: higher security of cash transactions with bank cards.
