FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communications, and, more specifically to cellular communication systems. For that purpose the system comprises the following microcellular communication subsystem, by means of the subsystem's base station the air is continuously scanned at a given frequency band to define the data on frequency nominals and the level of signals in the working channels of the cellular communication system, define the unassigned frequencies in the location of the base station of the subsystem of microcellular communication, following which the information data are formed and transmitted onto mobile terminals of the subsystem of microcellular communication with regard of the need to ensure electromagnetic compatibility of the data signals and the cellular communication signals transmitted, at that the width of frequency band selected should not exceed the width of frequency band of the cellular communication system, and the air scan is performed at a given frequency band on the mobile terminal of the micro-cellular communication subsystem to find out the information data, containing information on establishment of a duplex radio channel for data exchange, following which the connection is performed through the duplex radio channel.
EFFECT: data transmission reliability improves.
