FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushing and grinding of minerals and rocks and may be used in mining, metallurgy, chemistry, etc. Proposed crusher comprises tapered basket with trapezoidal outlet slots fitted on shaft running in bearings fitted in housing to support cup-like rotor with hub. Screen horizontal section bent from the center is arranged above circular ledge, radial baffles are arranged with clearance relative to rotor hub. Said baffles have rectangular through slots made at lower part above rotor inclined surface. Larger side of every said rectangle is located on said inclined surface of rotor. Perforated cylinder is mounted aligned with housing to make finished product discharge chamber together with its surfaces and circular ledge. Vertical cylinder are arranged aligned inside cylindrical housing above rotor to form annular chambers. Vertical rectangular cutouts are made in radial ribs of cup-like rotor to receive vertical cylinders secured on housing. Openings are made in vertical cylinder top sections while bottom sections are solid. Shaft connects tapered basket with cup-like rotor while shaft surface in working zone is additionally provided with teeth.
EFFECT: combined crushing and fine grinding, intensified grinding.
