FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling oil and gas industry wastes and can be used in decontamination, destruction or recycling in construction and industrial reclamation of oil-contaminated land. The method of recycling oil and gas industry wastes involves separation of the solid and liquid phase in spatially mobile container, decontamination of up to 40% of the liquid phase during layer-by-layer freezing at ambient temperature lower than minus 5°C. Ice blocks are then removed. The formed film of low-viscous oil is removed. The liquid phase is re-separated into components by aeration with hot air and vibration. The liquid phase, oil and solid phase are removed from the container. The solid phase and oil are mixed and subjected to subsequent thermal treatment, cooled and recycled at oil and gas industry facilities. Organic substances in amount of more than 14% of weight of the mixture are added for recycling if necessary and building material is obtained.
EFFECT: invention reduces labour input for decontaminating wastes and reduces the volume of wastes for disposal.
