FIELD: utilization of industrial wastes used for manufacture of various structures after decontamination. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes separation of waste into solid phase and liquid phase in reservoir followed by decontamination. Separation of waste into solid and liquid phases and decontamination to 40% are performed by layer-by-layer freezing, thus forming ice block separation of brine. Reservoir is turnable. Wastes are placed in reservoir at negative temperature not above minus 5 C. Temperature on reservoir bottom is maintained not below plus 0.1 C. After deposition of solid phase, forming of ice block and separation of brine, ice block is thrown at turn of reservoir to one side and brine is drained at turn of reservoir to other side. Solid phase is subjected to decontamination and hardening in the course of subsequent heat treatment. Organic agents are introduced in wastes in the amount above 7% of mass for hardening of solid phase and the mixture thus obtained is subjected to secondary heat treatment. Used as industrial wastes are soils contaminated with oil, organic wastes in form of stillage residues, bottom mud, sapropel, tar or bitumen. Invention provides for utilization of wastes (burial or repeated use) in accordance with sanitary and ecological requirements. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; low cost. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
