FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: system to control alignment of a railway track comprises a track machine, a frame of which rests against carriage trolleys. A device for track alignment installed on the frame comprises a lifting and planishing device with a control unit and a metering trolley that identifies the track axis position. A computing unit is connected with a memory unit and a unit of information display. The system also comprises a mobile reference station, a satellite positioning system with an antenna, a sensor of an inclination angle connected to the computing unit, to which a receiver of the satellite positioning system is connected, as well as a device for detection of the spatial position of the metering trolley located under the machine frame. The mobile reference station and the satellite positioning system are connected by a communication channel with the help of radio modems, and the memory unit has a recorded electronic model of the track position project in a 3D spatial system of coordinates.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of track position relative to a road bed and infrastructure objects.
