SUBSTANCE: protector for protection of power cable in well contains housing with cable channel and central channel made as a whole with size for outside diameter of tubing string to attach protector housing on union joint. One end of folding bow-shaped binding clips is designed with loop-shaped end with possibility to rotate on axis through loop-shaped clip. Both sides of protector housing are provided with slots with closed paths, at that on one side loops are attached in slots by welding. Loops are connected to folding bow-shaped clips by axis. Opposite locking slots are designed with bent vanes of housing from the side of protector axis and directed towards cable channel. The form of one side of folding bow-shaped clips is presented in dwg. 4, the form of the other side is annular with possibility to move along the axis (a) rigidly fixed in openings of folding bow-shaped cover. One side of folding bow-shaped cover is provided with slots with closed paths, the other side is provided with axis (b) on which latch moves freely. Latch is provided with slots with closed path. Range difference E from axes (a) and (b) to protector axis is at least 5 mm.
