FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes boiler (1), storage tank (2; 2') for hot water, cold service and drinking water (CDW) supply pipeline (8), boiler feed water pipeline (50) equipped with pump (5), hot service and drinking water (HDW) extraction pipeline (7), and boiler (1) heated water outlet pipeline (40, 12). At that, pipeline (8) on one side is connected by means of the first T-shaped connection (90, 91) to pipeline (50), and on the other side to return pipeline (9; 92) opening to lower part of storage tank (2; 2'), and boiler heated water outlet pipeline (40, 12) and pipeline (7) are lead to central and upper parts respectively of storage tank (2; 2'). At that, pipeline (8) is equipped with the second T-shaped connector (80) installed in the direction of CDW before the first T-shaped connector (90, 91), section (30) of pipeline (8), which connects the second and the first T-shaped connectors (80; 90), is equipped with storage tank (3; 3') the capacity of which is much less than that of storage tank (2; 2') for hot water; boiler heated water outlet pipeline (40) is equipped with three-way valve (4) connected to the second T-shaped connector (80) through crossover pipe (13). Valve (4) is provided with possibility of occupying either the first position in which it interconnects boiler outlet pipeline (40) to central part of storage tank (2; 2'), or the second position in which it connects boiler outlet pipeline (40) to crossover pipe (13).

EFFECT: reduction of risk of scale formation in pipelines and reduction of energy losses in subsequent water extraction system.
