SUBSTANCE: composite broadband wireless access system has two access points directly connected to a data network, and the basic access point is connected to the data network through a commutator switch, the other output of which is connected through a server to the input of a computer of an automated workstation of the operator of the technical control centre, base units, each having a relay whose output is connected to the input of a fixed video camera, locomotive radio units, each having a portable modem whose outputs are connected to inputs of a monitor and a portable video camera, portable radio units, each having a portable terminal whose output is connected to the input of a portable video camera, and computers of automated workstations of dispatchers, connected to the data network, interfacing units, user and base data transmission units, wherein the output of each user unit is connected to the input of the computer of the automated workstation of the railway station operator, each base data transmission unit is in form of a control unit whose outputs are connected to inputs of a satellite communication receiver, an access unit and a wireless modem, and the input of the control unit is connected through the corresponding interfacing unit to the data network.

EFFECT: ensuring high-speed data transmission, including video and speech transmission.
