SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to system and method for formation of output signals which show quality of contact of multiple electrodes, connected to patient. Signal generator, connected with reference electrode, introduces an alternating signal in patient. Multitude of differential amplifiers, each of which is connected with one corresponding electrode from multitude of electrodes, for detection of input signal from patient, are made with possibility of producing corresponding output signal in response to corresponding input signal. Output signal, formed by corresponding differential amplifier, shows quality of contact for corresponding electrode.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify signal processing.
