SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to urology and psychiatry and can be used as prognostic test of immunotherapy efficiency in complex treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis. Prediction of efficiency of additional administration of immunocorrectors in complex treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis is performed with application of point assessment of clinic manifestations and determination of life quality by means of questionnaire SF-36. Prediction of dynamics of symptoms of chronic prostatitis NIH-CPSI is determined on the basis of points by scales of questionnaire SF-36 at the time of admission for treatment with application of formula. Dynamics of NIH-CPSI = 70.6562 - 0.284579* Physical functioning + 0.0387019* Role physical functioning + 0.649352* Pain intensity+ 0.311228*General state of health- 1.59093 * Life activity + 0.687673 *Social functioning + 0.10528*Role emotional functioning- 0.444591* Psychic health. If derived coefficient does not exceed twenty-two, efficiency of additional intake of immunocorrectors for reduction of symptoms of chronic prostatitis is predicted, administration of immunocorrectors is performed. If coefficient of dynamics equals or is higher than twenty-two, conclusion about inefficiency of additional intake of immunocorrectors for reduction of chronic prostatitis symptoms is made and only psycho-correcting procedures are performed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible in period of administration of complex treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis to individually identify those of them, for who additional administration of immunomodulators will turn out to be the most efficient or inefficient in terms of correction of expression of chronic prostatitis symptoms by scale NIH-CPSI and improvement of life quality.
