FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and is applicable for fistula sanitation in infected pancreonecrosis. The agent represents an aqueous acidic buffer hyperosmotic solution containing 0.9% sodium chloride, 0.142 % sodium hydrophosphate and 0.120% sodium dihydrophosphate.
EFFECT: invention provides the intrafistular and intravitous destruction of pathogenic microflora, elimination of alkaline activity and reduction of enzymatic activity of pancreatin, providing reduced macerate and corrosive action of exudate.
