FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for prevention of intestinal fistulas in staged treatment of pancreatonecrosis. Laparatomy is performed by bisubcostal cut at the level of costal margin in projection of right angle of colon, pancreas and left angle of colon. After sanitation of parapancreatic area and creation of omentobursostoma, plates of synthetic wound covering "Allevyn non adhesive" are laid on the surface of transversal colon.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of infection spreading on underlying parts of abdominal cavity, reduce risk of development of intestine necrosis.
