FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to machine building, in particular, to glands of the gaps in the flow section of turbo-machines, continuously operating under elevated temperatures and high-frequency vibrations. The abrasive turbine gland element is manufactured from the parts of powder material which are adhesively joint and contain a carrier and a run-in part. The supporting part is made of high-alloy steel powder comprising: Cr - from 10.0 to 16.0%, Mo of 0.8 to 3.7%, Fe - the rest, with the size of the powder particles from 10 micrometres to 180 micrometres. The run-in part is made of mechanical mixture of high-alloy steel with its particle size from 10 micrometres to 150 micrometres, comprising: Cr, from 14.0 to 18.0%, Mo - from 0.7 to 1.4%, Si - 0.2 to 1.4%, Mn - from 0.1 to 0.5%, Fe - the rest, when the content of the powder size fractions: less than 40 micrometres - 30% to 40%, from 40 micrometres to 70 micrometres - 40% up to 50%, from 70 micrometres to 140 micrometres - 10% to 20%, more than 140 micrometres - the rest, but not more than 6%.
EFFECT: element provides high running-in ability, strength and durability of the gland.
