FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to turbo machine flow section seals operated at higher temperatures and high-frequency oscillations. Proposed element is made from powder material particles adhered together. Note here that said element is made composite consisting of work-in part and primary part. Work-in part is made from mechanical mix of powder high-alloy steel with powder particle size varying from 15 mcm to 180 mcm and features the following composition, in wt %: Cr - 10.0 - 16.0%, Mo - 0.8 - 3.7%, Fe making the rest. It contains also powder hexagonal boron nitride in amount of 0.5 wt % to 10.0 wt %. Primary part is made from powder high-alloy steel of the following composition: : Cr - 10.0 - 16.0 wt %, Mo - 0.8 - 3.7 wt %, Fe making the rest. Powder particle size varies from 15 mcm to 180 mcm.
EFFECT: high work-in capacity and mechanical wear resistance.
