FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to turbo machine flow section seals operated at higher temperatures and high-frequency oscillations. Preset size and shape copper shell is placed in mould to be filled with conformable material powder. Then, said powder and said shell are molded to form steady-shape blank to be sintered in vacuum or in protective medium.
EFFECT: higher run-in properties, strength and wear resistance, lower costs.
