FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry and can be used in white light emitting diodes. A luminophore has the following stoichiometric formula ( Y 0,65 ± x G d 0,30 ± x L u 0,01 T b 0,01 C e 0,03 ) 3 ( A l 19 y B 0,1 ) 2 ( A l O 3,96 C l 0,02 P 0,02 ) 3 0.05 x 0.15, 0.02 y 0.04 with the quantum output Q>0.9, a cubical structure of a garnet with the spatial group Ia3d with spectral parameters: λex = 460+_3 nm; λr = 570+_3 nm, where λex is a wavelength of the luminophore excitation; λr is a wavelength of the luminophore radiation. The luminophore makes it possible to create the light-emitting diodes with light intensity about 400 cd for an opening angle Δ larger or equal to 16°, light output of 100÷115 lm/W for the excitation mode 3.5 V and 120 mA.

EFFECT: colour of the emitted light is close to the warm-white colour, which makes it possible to apply the obtained luminophore in effective light-diode lamps for outdoor and indoor illumination.
