FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cavitation treatment of liquid oil products including oil product emulsification by active cavitation influence with the following recirculation. The continuous oil product flow is treated, note that part of treated oil product is directed to further processing or combustion, the remaining part is mixed with the input flow of non-treated oil product, moreover the mixing ratio as well as the capacity of cavitation device is regulated according to the values of measuring data (values of optical absorption and deflection coefficients of liquid hydrocarbon, its dielectric conductivity, temperature that are used to calculate viscosity and content of low-molecular hydrocarbons) that are the quality indices of oil products obtained from on-stream analysers at the input and output of cavitation device and containing the data on treated and non-treated oil product properties.
EFFECT: decrease of energy consumption for treatment and simultaneous improvement of process and thermotechnical characteristics of oil product.
