FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: method involves ultrasonic treatment of liquid raw material in closed circulation circuit with emission intensity 1-10 MW/sq.m. Simultaneously, into treating zone, a substance is fed in quantity 0.1-80 vol.% providing dispersing of raw material, and static pressure is maintained in the range 0.2 to 5 MPa. Installation contains ultrasonic activator providing required emission intensity connected with arrangement 19 designed to separate treated material into liquid and vapor phases and arrangement 27 to condense final product. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. 9 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl
