FIELD: liquid hydrocarbon paraffinic raw materials.

SUBSTANCE: unit is designed for processing liquid hydrocarbon paraffinic raw materials. The proposed plant (HCPRM) includes pumping equipment, heating devices, an apparatus for separating raw materials into a light vapor-gas low-boiling fraction (LVGF) and a heavy liquid high-boiling fraction (HLBF), heat exchange equipment, including recuperative heat exchangers, devices for monitoring the technological parameters of the installation and a device hydromechanical processing. The HCPRM flow is mixed in the active zone of pulsation and cavitation with the LVGF flow from the HCPRM separation device and/or with the flows of chemical reagents, which, upon contact with each other, react with the release of gases and heat. Heating of HCPRM in a mixture with LVGF and/or chemical reagents during processing in a hydromechanical treatment device is carried out in the range from 71°C to 88°C.

EFFECT: reducing capital and operating, including energy, costs, in increasing the content of light hydrocarbons in the initial hydrocarbon feedstock, in increasing the reliability and controllability of the process of destruction of hydrocarbon compounds, simplifying the hardware design of the process of preparing liquid HCPRM for deep processing.
