FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: electrolytic hydrogen filling system operating at high pressure includes water electrolyser with power supply, electrolyser water supply system, hydrogen and oxygen collection bottles pneumatically connected to electrolyser and equipped with emergency discharge valves, parameter control and monitoring system, as well as outlet hydrogen and oxygen lines with motor-operated valves connected to control system; at that, gas-to-gas heat exchanger with oxygen outlet open to atmosphere is installed in the outlet lines of the filling system, and temperature sensors connected to the control system which in its turn is connected to power supply and equipped at least with one remote temperature measuring sensor are installed on oxygen and hydrogen collection bottles; at that, ratio of volumes of hydrogen and oxygen collection bottles is 2:1 respectively. Also, operating method of such electrolytic hydrogen filling system operating at high pressure is proposed.
EFFECT: improving quick action of electrolytic hydrogen filling system, its reliability and operating life.
