FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering and can be used for correction of manned spacecraft (SC) orbits. Pulse jet propulsion plant comprises a solid-polymer water electrolysis unit, the hydrogen cavity input of which is hydraulically connected with a sealed tank with water having a supercharging union, a gas-liquid separator connected to the output of the hydrogen cavity of the electrolysis unit and coupled with its input by a bypass line, where there are a pump, a hydrogen storage cylinder and a jet engine interconnected by a pneumatic line with a valve, as well as a controlled current source connected to the electrolysis unit. Plant includes connected to the controlled current source an electrochemical hydrogen compressor, the input of which is pneumatically connected with a gas cavity of a gas-liquid separator, and the output - to the cylinder for hydrogen storage and the supercharging union of the water tank by pneumatic lines with valves, herewith on the second of them there is also a pressure reducer, herewith the electrochemical hydrogen compressor has a bypass discharge pneumatic line with a valve connecting the output of the compressor with its input.
EFFECT: invention provides improved of life and reliability of a pulse jet propulsion plant of a spacecraft.
