FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: shop sound-absorbing structure comprises profiled and perforated walls, between which the layer of sound-absorbing material is placed. One of the walls is made smooth. Absorbent material is placed in two layers, one of which, the tougher one, is made solid and profiled, and the other one is mild, intermittent, and is placed under the surfaces of the first layer. Sound-absorbing devices of manufacturing facilities include acoustic enclosures, containing a smooth and a perforated wall, between which the absorbent material and the piece sound absorbers are placed. Piece absorbers contain a housing, made in the shape of lateral closed surfaces with the bottom and a hinged lid, made of perforated sheet of stainless steel or a galvanised steel sheet 0.7 mm thick with a polymeric protective and decorative coating such as "Pural" 50 microns thick or "Polyester" 25 microns thick, or aluminium sheet 1.0 mm thick and 25 mcm thick coating. Coaxial with the housing, and at an equal distance from the inner surfaces the hollow chamber made of a perforated sheet with surfaces congruent to the surfaces of the housing is placed. Between walls and a camera a sound-absorbing structure is placed, designed as perforated coaxial inner and outer shells, between which the sound absorber is placed, manufactures of at least one profiled porous sheet. In its section the profile of worksheet may be triangular, rectangular, trapezoidal, in the form of arcs of circles, sinusoidal, and the side closed surface of the housing and coaxial sound-absorbing structures may be in the cross section and may have a shape of triangle, polyhedron, ellipse, circle, or any combination of these figures.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of noise absorption by expanding the frequency range and a secondary absorption of sound waves reflected from the absorbers.
