FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: two-shaft hydraulic positive displacement motor comprises an oil compensator, stator and rotor devices. Inside the body of its stator device there are cylindrical cavities, which hold working discs of an oval-shaped rotor device and rotary blades contacting with surfaces of working discs of the rotor device and forming working chambers of alternating volume together with them inside cavities of the stator device and equipped with inlet and outlet windows. Working discs of the rotor device in neighbouring cavities are pairwise turned by 90° relative to each other, the rotary blades are installed as capable to close inlet windows of working chambers, inlet windows are connected with discharge channels, and outlet ones - with drain ones. The rotor device is equipped with two central shafts, the outer of which is arranged as hollow and is placed onto an inner shaft, working discs of the rotor device are separated into two groups, discs in one of which are placed onto the outer shaft, and in the other one - onto the inner central shaft, and are installed as capable of their rotation to opposite sides. The motor is equipped with a pumping device arranged in the form of an impeller with helical blades installed in its lower part.
EFFECT: simplified motor design, lower torsional moment acting at a drilling string in process of its operation, its equipment with an efficient facility to pump a drilling mud from a bottomhole.
