FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of main sealing section and additional sealing section located below, piston, foundation, chamber for fluid, support flange, a pair of upper guiding rollers and seal rings. In the lower part of main sealing section there is an axial depression for location of the said piston. The first seal ring is located in the upper part of the said depression, the second seal ring is located in circular groove performed on the side surface of piston lower part, the third seal ring is located in annular axial depression performed on the upper surface of additional sealing section. Support flange, sealing sections, chamber for fluid and foundation are drawn together. Chamber for fluid is equipped with fittings for fluid supply and discharge. Movable flow gate and stroke limiter for towing element are fixed at the lower surface of the foundation.

EFFECT: increase of towing element sealing reliability, increase of security and service life of device, simplification of seal rings replacement process and decrease of device size throughout the height.
