FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: lubricating system for wells consists of lubricator, lubricator substructure and rotation mechanism. Lubricator is designed as tubular housing with guide rollers, the housing base is provided with sealing element. On lubricator substructure there is mounting block fixed with rotation mechanism installed on it being a driving shaft. Attachment facilities for middle part of lubricator tubular housing are installed on the shaft, as well as segment of worm wheel connected to worm screw, which in its turn is connected to device providing rotation of worm screw. Worm screw is designed with narrow angle of spiral line elevation providing mode of worm-and-worm pair self-retention, and rotation axis of worm wheel segment is located perpendicular to rotation axis of worm screw and at a distance from axis of lubricator tubular housing exceeding 0.5 d, but not more than 1.5 d, where d is outer diameter of sealing element of lubricator tubular housing base.
EFFECT: simplifying the structure and its assembly, simplifying operation of lubricating system, improving its reliability.
