FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: method includes oil lifting by tubing with simultaneous cleaning by scraper and production process control with the aid of control station. According to the invention the tubing cleaning from asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits is performed in the course of scraper descending-lifting. Note that the speed of produced fluid supply is increased up to the speed higher than the scraper speed during descending-lifting by means of decreasing the plant capacity before tubing cleaning operation by way of supply reduction at the input of electric-centrifugal pump with simultaneous provision of additional dynamic pressure in annulus. Note that in the course of scraper descending-lifting pump suction capacity is increased by means of decreasing of additionally accumulated dynamic level of produced fluid in the annulus by way of increasing the speed of fluid supplied into tubing to the speed not lower than the speed of scraper movement during cleaning, this allows the flow of produced fluid taking asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits cut by the scraper to the surface preventing the formation of paraffin plug in the well.

EFFECT: increase of well productivity by means of increasing the efficiency of elevator column cleaning from asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits and increasing of overhaul period of marginal producers.
