FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat engineering, more particular to furnaces for trash burning, garbage incineration, brown and younger black coals burning, for burning of various wood residues and other high reactive fuels with increased content of volatile matters of an enlarged fractional composition. A swirling type furnace contains a combustion chamber, a cold funnel, an inclined down burner, installed at the wall of the combustion chamber, and an under grate blast; according to the invention a furnace extension is arranged between the hop of a raw fuel and a combustion chamber. The furnace extension includes a chamber with perforated walls and a case; at that there is created a space between the exterior surfaces of the chamber walls and interior surfaces of the case walls; the said space is isolated from the outer space. A device for fuel transfer from the outlet of the hop to the inlet into the furnace is installed inside the said chamber with perforated walls; there is also installed a device for a regulated volume of compressed air supply into the space between the combustion walls and case walls and also an exhaust pipe for volatile materials discharge.
EFFECT: facilitating of burning of relatively large particles of fuel at optimum burning process and in creating of semi reconstructive zone of air consumption of an under grate blast simultaneously reducing under burning and nitrogen oxide exhausts.
